How much of an improvement is this for under eye hollowing/tear troughs and nasolabial fold lines? Any side effects?

I’m not expecting much to fix my curry orbitals and cheeks but seems worth a try even if it’s a 5% improvement.

I've tried it. Yes it works. Not miraculous improvement but noticeable and significant. Volufiline's reported testing showed about 10% volume increase, and I can say that that's about what I've experienced using it. You'll see improvement, but it's not going to completely fix the problem if your volume loss is high. It's good for small lines, small hollowing, etc., or when you first start noticing problems. For big problems, you will probably still need to go see a professional for dermal filler.

Do the results stay even after you stop using it? From what I’ve seen you’re supposed to use it for a month or two at least right?

I used it for about 2 months, then stopped. I was using it to fix hollowing/tear trough under my eyes. It did increase volume, but there are actually two fat pads that cause the tear trough. The tear trough is like a canyon that is in between the two. I stopped using it because the top fat pad was starting to get TOO BIG--so that I was concerned that it was going to look like an eye bag. Hence I stopped. The two fat pads are at the same level, but getting them any bigger wouldn't look better. The gains do not disappear once you stop using it. However, the trough is still visible. Better but it's still there. I'm thinking of getting filler done to completely get rid of it.

Could you name those two fat pads ? I've seen someone saying that it fattens the undereyes giving a "fatty" look and it's not some similar results to fillers. Also could increase wrinkles if it does fatten the area and yea because it's permanent it's scary. What do you use to get a good absorption tho ?

I don't know the names, but here's a diagram of the fat pads. You can see what I'm talking about in the pad under the eye and on the cheek.

The one under the eye was getting too big--that's when I stopped.

I also mixed mine with DMSO to aid absorption.

This is interesting, the fat pad right under my eye is actually like permanently swollen or something. It looks like a bunch of water/liquid is just retained there. But right under that there’s hollowing and a deep tear trough crease. Maybe I need to do a bit more research.

It’s overhyped
