It just since this weekend Im asking myself if i have lost touch of reality. I thought my email was normal and then she (my psychologist) alarmed my parents and gave them help hotline etc.

Okay i once had an online psychologist and she said that i need irl help and that the online sessions are not enough help, but that was after a few sessions, this time after one fucking sessions she said that im to much
