To shave or to not shave?

Guys, in 6 hours some chicks are coming to my house and it's already over for me so I wanted to max out my looks as far as is possible in the time frame. So I have a subhuman philtrum and a really patchy moustache, should I fraud with a patchy moustache or should I just blade it off. It's like this but with a long philtrum. What do I do. I'll take an ice cold bath as soon as they come and will pop a water pill for debloat. Inb4 you say there is no point in trying cuz it's over for me, I need legit advice
