i am 194 cm with a 203 cm wingspan at 17 puberty started way later so i am tension free bout height but its bbal so makes sense

I played small forward in Highschool and depending on the lineup sometimes power forward
I got recruited as a small forward but I talked to my coaches and I want to play professionally eventually so I’m making the switch to shoot guard
Basketball now is kind of positionless so it’s not that hard of a switch just working on my handle and my shot

Yea exactly it’s evolving even low majors or d2/jucos are bringing in taller guards, if your 6’1-6’3 your required to play pg, leaving a huge opportunity gap for players who are 6’5+.

In that sense if your 6’5+ you can sort of play a positionless game at least in college. Tall guards can be so much more versatile, in your case with your size at sg all you really have to do is be able to guard and knock down open shots.

Coaches don’t need anyone under 6’3 on the floor anymore, it’s just a liability unless your an elite pg.
