Dont eat any calories when you wake up, do this so long till all work is done
(i start eating 12 - 14 hours after waking up)

its better than any supplement or nootropic

even works after shit sleep

also you look lean all the time and boost growth hormones and so on
 
i fast 20 hours a day and 45 hours once a week
