God created Adam and Eve. Humans selectively bred and created races and ethnicities. It's just like with dog breeds, they're all created by humans trough selective breeding. Dogs fuck anything, they don't choose their mate, so a human has to step in and breed them with similar looking ones to create a breed. Humans choose their mates, we look for similar features and traits. That's why we have different ethnicities. God had nothing to do with that
