To the IT-nerds, how can I save websites (Best of the Best from this forum)?

I will delete myself from this page and then no longer have access to Best of The Best. I would like to save some useful "guides".
Is there an alternative to screen shots?

Back in the old days we used this program called Teleport Pro, you see back then we only had Internet through a modem, and each minute spent online costed money. We had to wait until midnight when it was cheaper, then connected online and started to download sites to read them later...
We live in amazing times now, when we can stay connected all the time!

a web archive is something you can download

but you cant access the links on it without saving them aswell
