Especially stuff like rhinoplasty, genio, fillers of any kind - have you ever thought of what people would say to you, those that know you ofc? I'm talking friends, family, acquintances?

I feel like my biggest block regarding surgery would for sure be what others would think; when you take surgery, you're basically frauding your genes. How did your peers react to your new face?

i have no friends so that wasnt an issue, i just moved to make sure i didnt run into them anywhere. as for family, i guess make some bs up about medical reasons or just act like you didnt get anything if its not noticeable.

A rhino would really change my appearance and would be observable, the worst reaction would come from family tbh - here in my country family is rly close and I don't know how one could come with an excuse for 'I just made my nose smaller lole'

i havent gotten anything but here are some tips if u need excuses/pretend that u didnt get anything

for anything jaw related grow out a beard then shave it before the surgery. people will have forgotten your old jaw so they will just think you had this jawline all along yk

for rhino just say deviated septum/sleep apnea

for anything midface related people wont notice why u look better. if dark circles dissapear or smn just say you fixed ur sleep schedule

I had a hair transplant AND fillers 3 times + botox.

Literally at work when asked, said i did hair transplant. Did not give a shit. But people still ask, because you have to either wear a hat, or show everyone your red scalp with scars until the hair grows back - it takes quite a long time. :feelskek:

As for fillers, I never announced because it is easy to account for the changes due to "muh weight loss" (i do mostly zygos in large quantities) :feelstastyman: :feelskek:

My FWBs knew i was doing cosmetic work from time to time, and sometimes they asked if i did sth, because "im interested too". Sometimes i told them, sometimes i just said "nah nothing". For no particular reason, i did not really care if they knew or not. Just did not want to talk about surgery.

You need to have a keen eye to figure this out anyways but depends on the procedure.

Is there any surgeries to change your midface? feels like that would requires you to reconstruct the whole skull or something.

start lying about it now. complain that you've been having issues sleeping. after about a month say you're going to a doctor to see whats wrong. after that say you have sleep apnea because of a deviated septum, and that you'll need to get "a surgery" to fix it. then get ur rhino

yea thats a Lefort 2/3 jfl

fr tho you can get infraorbital implants, filler, etc. a bunch of things

it really depends where you live and what surgeries. what surgeries do you plan to do?

I had rhino and chin implant shortly after graduating high school. I had a bunch of friends, and friends still in high school, and was still going to parties. Everyone knew and no one gave a shit.

Other people's opinions about what you should do with your life are completely worthless.

how much did it impact your face and dating life? considerable, by a bit, a lot?

Hair transplant was a banger tbh, even though the front line density was not as perfect as i expected. Beats everything i could have done tbh, despite me not even having much hairloss: just had widow's peak.

Fillers for the cheekbones were also quite good in my case because it gave my face the proper shape, and made my face look younger. especially given i have genetically cheekbones 404. great stuff.

Masseter botox was a so-so procedure. Reduces the masseter for a while, but it comes back. Also, weak masseter does not give much improvement in terms of cheekbone definition, it is just easier to pump up more filler to the zygomatic arch. So, this i would rank 9/10 in terms of effectiveness, but 1/10 in terms of usefulness.

This was 21 years ago. Rhino was botched. Chin implant looked better and without it I would be true birdcel. ~10 months after my surgery I got my first girlfriend and we were together for 10 years. I knew her before the surgery.

Just be careful to go to someone with good credentials.

Mine cost 3000 Euro for 3000 grafts. Did it in turkey.

what job? did you loan money for the surgeries?
My job, i am a business analyst/programmer :smonk:

3k is not sth u need to loan. If it were some LL surgery, than yeah... u need a fucking ton of cash for it

did you start to get bitches after the surgeries? what about before them, did the moneymaxx help you at all?

the biggest looksmax i did was WEIghT LOSS.

When i was young, i dated women a lot up to age 21, and then i got fat. from 21 to 30 i had just occasional sex here and there as a SUBHUMAN 3/10. I cannot even look at my old photos tbh that's how bad i was :feelsrope:

NB for autists: even as 3/10, i dated girls, but it was truly hard to find them, and they had a lot higher requirements to your personal life and character.

Moneymaxx always helps even if u are subhuman. U do not need looks much if u are rich. But reasonably, the worse u look, the less opportunities u have even with money. Everything matters. But for the starters, u cannot even do surgery without money.

only retards deny it.

Also, there are a lot of incel rich guys who do not know how to use their money. Even if u have a million dollar, what's the point to have it if u sit in the basement - no girl will ever find u there.

So good MENTAL state is a prerequisite for everything.

Well, how did you do it? Were you clubbing and just flexing, or what?

I am not fucking rich lol. Middle class.

I just went out wtf. Usually i get my girls at the places i go to: gym, various courses i attend, work.

Well, it was a bit more complicated than that. I had opportunities before surgery, too. I was just too inept to capitalize. But this was back before social media and online dating when girls' standards were way lower.

most people that know me know that i have fillers in my face. nobody cares lol... just do it, i reap all the benefits with zero backlash

Unless you do something massive, no one will consciously notice. Even my own parents didn't notice my genioplasty.
