only tip I have is to keep it away from clothes it will bleach anything it comes in contact with even in it's dry form.

i tried tret, accutane, adapalene, etc, and the only thing that made me completely stop getting acne is not consuming dairy

Sure they are but they contain stuff that can trigger acne in some people, and yeah they gave me acne and not consuming it was more effective than 20mg accutane per day. But if it doesnt give you acne go ahead and drink kefir and milk no problem

dont use cleanser its just gonna fuck ur skin, use water, or if ur face is dirty cuz of mud or makeup or ur skin is js very oily then use micellar water.

also ideally u need smthing else with the benzoyl peroxide, depending on the severity of ur acne use it combined with topical antibiotic and/or retinoid (tret/adaplene/tazarotene)

or if u cba with everything and js want a permant cure just take accutane, reccomend this if ur done with growing

Yeah luckily I only have slight acne in my lower jaw area from the side. Do you think some benzoyl could help reduce that?

Yes it could help but it's different for everyone, but my recommendation is that you use 5/10mg of accutane everyday if you have mild acne

No I bought it from bgpharmadrugs.com but they only have 20mg pills i think

If u live in a 3rd world country u can just buy it from a local pharmacy, or you can order from india if you live in europe/us
