I have this trifecta. Surgery can fix your face and fixing your face will fix your social ability. Being "smart" is a product of raw intelligence and also your looks. Not really… heavily depends on your flaws. If surgery can truly fix your face we would see tons of results here. 99% of surgery results would result in 0 IRL changes.

Like 5 users max have gotten real blackpilled surgeries. Jaw implant + bimax can ascend anyone. Only time it can't is if you have shit proportions or are Indian. @need-a-wide-jaw ascended off fillers along with a deleted user in PMs who got bimax + jaw implant.

Have to strongly disagree TBH. And pretty much every ugly person does have shit facial proportions lol. And bimax if super cheap is like 20k if expensive like 60k for all costs (ortho, surgeon, hospital travel etc). Jaw implants probably 10k-20k. There is like 2 users here under 30 who have that much money, and if you have rich parents/inheritance $$ why not leave the west?

Well if you're truly ugly then you can probably get surgery for free. I had both the dentist and orthodontist strongly recommend I get jaw surgery, with the foid ortho even saying "if you got it, it would be life changing for you". Still waiting to consult with the maxfac but I can bet that I get it for free.

Obviously in terms of ascension, I mean going from being "ugly" to good looking enough to where your face isn't causing people to assign bad traits to you.

I don't have much of a problem with people spouting their defeatist bullshit, they're normally a bunch of pathetic failures and degenerate losers wallowing away in their own misery without any drive to better their situation. Generally not the kind of people that anyone sane is willing to interact with for more than a few moments. What ticks me off though is how they not only all basically sound the same but even worse, spout their bullshit fucking everywhere and to anyone whether they want to listen or not.
