To those of you in your 20s do you do any skincare if you have clear skin naturally?

I’m wondering if you have good clear skin naturally why put chemicals on face why is it so highly recommended ? I understand sunscreen etc but if you already have clear skin do you even need skincare?

Tried tret and moisturiser and it made my skin worse. Skincare should just be for anti aging or fixing acne
