Jesus, I remember these all too well.
I began uni in September 2016 as a slightly chubby guy (nothing too extreme, was slightly overweight), with Mum wanting to stay in my room with me during Fresher's Week "so I settle in". During my first year and second year, I started working out 5-6 days a week in the uni gym to get muscular and lose body fat, so I went to a more average physique at the end of my first year, to more lean and toned at the end of the second year/beginning of the third year.
