Kappa chewing is chewing/biting down with the front teeth/ inscicers on a Mouthgaurd/resting your front teeth on the Mouthgaurd kinda like a jut
The theory is that it brings upswing and shortens midface and gives more chin height but has any one gotten results? We need some reports
