Do you guys recommend it and are the results significant and worth it my pallete is very narrow and it should be free for under 18s in Britain but im js wondering if im gonna need braces after if it causes a gap which are free too

Also what aesthetic changes are there and what do i say to the orthodontist

it can mess with your overall face. research if you really HAVE to do it or not

Narrow face
Shitty zygos
Poor nasal breathing
Sleep apenia

MARPE is decent if your palate is narrow gives wider smile and better jaw aesthetics for a lot of guys you’ll get a gap but braces will fix it tell the ortho about breathing problems worth it if you can get it free

Marpe is good if u have a narrow palate and ur face looks sunken but it may give u asymetries and I would personally rather have a narrow palate then a wide palate thats asymetric
