I worked a lot when I was younger, and was an introvert who mainly kept to myself. Family questioned if I was gay at one point.

Now when my mom posts pictures of me to Facebook everyone is like "Wow he has matured into such a grown/handsome man."

The reality is I gained muscle mass, started speaking my mind, and started attracting women. So there perspective of me is that I made this huge transformation overnight, but the reality is I improved my social skills through university + jobs, started making money on my own, and started having a social media presence.

Combine that with a time skip, and people get shocked since they haven't seen me as an adult, they have this picture of a kid who sat at his computer all night. I still have anime posters on my wall jfl, but money and female attraction will change the perspectives of a lot of people.

only softmaxxes, but a lot of classmates were mirin when i took my shirt off after a summer of lifting, basically everyone started treating me better, my oneitis told me i was hot more than once, and even my grandma noticed i had better jaw after a month of chewing (and leaning down)

I improved my hair
I fixed the position of my teeth that made my jaw get much bigger
