To train Glutes or not? Smv increase or X taper?

There are several guys who says, that Glutes are beneficial to improve the Smv, but i think it gives us the X taper, and the mist aesthetic male shape is the V taper, what do you think?
 
Do you really expect your glutes to get so massive that they stick out to the sides?

Glute training is helpful for guys who actually have sex, not relevant to most of the people here tho.

Read somewhere that ass is the only male individual body part that can actually trigger arousal in women. A good ass only works in proportion to built legs though imo I wouldn't do any other exercises than squatting heavy. You won't get X taper unless you're planning on being pro bodybuilder level.

I have horribly big glutes and my body count is 1. I wish my ass was smaller.
