To what extent does accutane close growthplates?

I've been on 40mg isotretinoin for 9 months. is there any chance my plates might be open at 17 years old?

Do you guys think its worth it for me to start blasting GH or would it be money wasted?

only risks plate closure if u exceed the 1mg per kg dose (hence why it exists in the first place), so if ur really concerned u can microdose and be fine
