I sort of agree with this statement but its a bit more nuanced in 2025.

Changs are potentially the most appealing ethnic group amongst the ones you mentioned to JB foids due to the surgency of K-pop. In fact, in a lot of cases being a Chang could potentially be a Halo within the age-group of women were they are in their physical prime (Which makes it the most valuable)

Of course Changs may not appeal to 30+ Foids, but does it matter? Thirty year old Foids always get fogged by their twenty year old version.

The appeal of Tyrones could be questionable in Europe. Tyrones perform better in the United States as they are overrepresented in media and glazed, this is not the case in Europe.
