To wide zygos, to narrow jaw

110mm skeletal jaw with like 125mm soft tissue but 156mm+ zygos?(not entirely sure somewhere Between 150-160mm). What to do? Widen my skeletal jaw through surgery or zygo shaving?

Bump + i forgot to say this makes my jaw very rounded looking (sub 12% bf) decently long ramus pointing inwards.
