I was waiting at the register at an autoparts store, I had to wait for her to complete a phone call at her desk 25 feet away, so I had minute to study her. She looked about 45, something like this but like 15 lbs heavier:
I had just come from getting one of my vehicles serviced at the car dealership, where I had gotten into an argument with one of the service guys, so I was really amped up. When she approached the registered I started to say "I bet..." then I caught myself before finishing the thought. What a crushing left handed compliment that would have been.
