i am having continiuos dreams about me killing flayin g my own parents my own loved family my mental health is worst now. i am afraid what if i harm my family before that i must die . so this post was about simple what is theleast painless ways to die . if its heart attack how can i get it i already had beaten by chest with hammer and its paining a lot but i still didnt gotten heart attack how can i get it . or recomend any even less painful way to die. thank you

just go call a suicide hotline and get yourself help. i hate my family too but i will never hurt them nor myself. get yourself some help man and get off of this forum.
