Today i hit triceps chest shoulders and legs, i feel amazing.

Gym has really became my therapy, some days are tough somedays are like today. Hit legs at the end of the workout, spent about 3hours in the gym.

Wonderfull experience and i definently would do it again, after a year of skipping legs im going to start hitting them now.

I have alot of pther activitys, but sometimes it feels like i dont have enough things to do, im glad i recover fast and can hit gym everyday.

Haha, i feel like im too young for it yet, im planning to hop on in like 10years, but i probably wont. I have the potential to be on stage in like a natty contest, my dream is to participate.
