Monday: chest
Tuesday: back and biceps
Wednesday: Triceps and abs + boxing
Thursday: shoulders
Saturday: legs

Will be eating 3000+ calories a day
Supps: D3 and test booster, niacin, zinc.

It's 2020 and novices are still doing bro splits. And you probably don't need more than 2500 calories to bulk. And six months is only enough time to get big when you're on steroids.

Do your research if you're going on steroids though. I mean, do what you want but be safe too (y)(y) .
