There were so many emotions inside me, I've never felt like this before. Honestly I broke down and I've never cried the way that I cried today in my life, I let out sounds that were really terrifying even to me, as if I was getting killed slowly. It didn't last too long tho, probably like 2-3 minutes.
I had to leave work early cause I was barely holding in the tears and as I was driving it just happened. I hadn't cried in like 3-4 years. It's actually a good thing and it really helped me.
