I usually eat like a pig but today, I wasn’t hungry at all.
I had some cereal, a little bowl, some grapes, and a little bit of chicken and rice. Overall could not have gone over like 1.6k cals
Wow, I can’t believe it and I’m still not even hungry.
Is this the beginning of the lean max arc. Are my hormones finally in check to start (I was obese growing up).
