So basically, whenever ur stresswd theres this exercise, basically try to sit and focus on ur breathing, do not try to breath deeply just do it calm, okay so breathe in and count to 4 do not hold and then immidietly slowly breath out while counting to 8, if it doesnt do the trick the try breathing not from your chest but from ur stomach, when u breath in push ur stomach out. Basically ur focusing on so many things it actually had worked for me, my head never fealt this calm before. Try it out if you guys want and tell me if it worked. REPEAT THE CYCLE FOR ATLEAST 5 TIMES!
