I can hardly breathe, my diaphragm and other muscles feel extremely stiff and crampy and my vision is blurry again. I absolutely hate living with iatrogenic botulism and the summer is taking an additional toll on my health. Been sick for over six months with no end in sight

It's not that hot today thankfully, the next few days are supposed to be cooler and rainy. I'm not a fan of fans though (lol), blowing all kinds of dust particles into your airways, especially with the construction site in front of the window

Fucking paralyzed diaphragm. It just doesn't want to work. Every breath is a ton of effort

It's been half a year and I'm still short of breath. Instead of improving, it's gotten a lot worse in the last couple of days. It's completely limp

Go to the doctor
Don't you think I already did, months ago? They didn't take me serious at all, blamed it on bad posture and gave me painkillers. Nothing can be done here unless I have complete respiratory failure (can't breathe on my own anymore + measureable hypoxia/hypercapnia). Cosmetic botulism is invisible to 99.9% of medical doctors, even when you bring it up, they won't believe you
