That’s right, it’s not good for gymcelling gains but I only started like three weeks ago, so it doesn’t matter much for me. But my goal was always to lose weight, and not to have more muscles per se (though I know more muscles helps with weight loss). But as you know, Ramadan is nearing and so I will have to eat for suhoor and iftar, instead of only having dinner (this I started doing recently, since I wanted to lose weight again).Not optimal for gymcel gains but optimal for AMPK activation and longevitymax.

Lowk why, if u are about Ramadan propeht told us that there were poor people who ate just one date per day and were fine , just be in a calorie deficit no need to starve yourself nigaI’m a fat slob who needs to lose weight, but the fasting month is starting in three weeks and my eating habits will have to change (will eat twice in a day, currently eat once a day).
I’ll obviously gain weight from that, so I want a head start so that even when I change my eating habits that I will at least be weighing less than when I started.

The weight loss is faster because your body uses your own muscles for it's energy and protein needs, because there's none coming in from without.I will have to do this after the fasting month. So towards the end of March. I did high protein + no carbs two weeks ago, but the weight loss was slow, and with the fasting month coming up and forcing me to change my eating habits, I wanted to go extreme until then.

3 days no eating only WaterHow did you like it? Did you drink at least? I drink whatever I want, but I try to avoid high-calorie drinks. I mainly drink chai and Coke Zero.

Woah, you were almost 100 kg! How to get your hands on Reta? I could make one of my brothers take it, he’s 105 kg and just can’t seem to lose weight, his appetite’s too big. And thanks haha, honestly if I didn’t have cheat days throughout I could have easily lost more. But I would often eat two boxes of sushi by myself, which would be like 75 pieces of sushi in one sitting.I'm in the final stretch before I can finally enjoy life, only 13 more kg!
