I plan on eating next week. Thursday. Since day three, I’ve acquired a heightened sense of smell. Food smells different, better than normal. Something as simple as freshly baked roti smells so good. Even things I don’t like at all smell good, for example, the cooked vegetables from yesterday. It smelled really good. Of course, it wasn’t plain vegetables as it was seasoned as it’s done in Pakistani cuisine, but I genuinely would have eaten it, and probably even enjoy it, had I not been abstaining from food.


Got the facial hair too.
Indeed, it’s a big effort to lose it naturally, I mean.. who else goes days without eating just to lose a few kg?
I’ve managed to do this twice strictly through a diet, no exercising. But since recently, I’ve started going to the gym. Although I haven’t gone since this fast because I was on a three-day fast and I got lightheaded after deadlifting.
I appreciate the encouragement but I feel like I can go without supplements. I will definitely recommend it to people I know irl who desperately need it. They fast like I do but they’re still fat after all these years because they can’t stop overeating.
