i get it primal diet etc. but drinking raw eggs doesn't give you any improvements compared to fried eggs it is indeed the other way around when drinking raw eggs you are absorbing ~50% of the protein and blocking the Biotin while eating fried eggs you absorbing 90% of the protein in the egg and the biotin in the fried egg is available
if you don't wanna eat goyslop just eat eggs that weren't made in a factory instead eat home made eggs by your neighbour chickens
