When I was a young shoplifter I'd always park in different parking lots so I could take off and later get my car without anyone waiting if need be. I had to bomb through doors to the lawn and garden section setting off the fire alarm before hopping the fence one time. Never got caught other than that.

I couldn't run since the asshole wrapped around and was infront of me by the time he confronted me.

I got a slap on the wrist though. he just made me go back and put it back in the box and asked for my name and age to which I just gave fake answers. he did say something about pressing charges but i feel like it's a bluff.

Yeah, that's what I mean when I say I had to run through the lawn and garden section. I had like $100 of DVD's and the LPs blocked the exit so I pretended to cooperate. At first I walked with them then just before taking the last corner I took off. Got away with all the stolen merchandise and even went back to steal more stuff in the AM a couple days later.

Good times being a little bastard. I don't think kids have fun like that anymore. It was normal for us.
