The amount of possibilities to choose 4 women with only women being considered is nCr(7,4)

If we substract: nCr(10,4) - nCr(7,4) we have the amount of possibilities of choosing 4 people where AT LEAST ONE is a man.

Total possibilities - possibilities of just choosing women as the 4 test subjects.

Thus at least one, can be 2,3 or even 4 men even, man is in the test group of 4 now.
