I'm not even racist but letting in legit subhuman somalians is utterly retarded.

IMO IQ test every citizen and deport the stupid ones. This can potentially include the low IQ/intelligence whites too.

BTW I visited both Sweden and Denmark and there were a lot less immigrants in the latter country.

There is not a single reason to let those individuals alive.
I was just joking I’ve never been tested

But I view myself as being somewhat of a midwit

I’d estimate my iq is maybe 90-110

I actually am in favor of eugenics

But I find the idea of killing someone just for being sub 100 iq to be off putting tbh

I’d rather there be policies which incentive high iq people to reproduce

And just make it straight up illegal for certain people below a certain iq to breed

"IQ" is a bad measurement itself, intelligence is a big spectrum of multiple parameters that measure the functionality of the brain basically, so just describing your intelligence with IQ isn't accurate.

I'm sure there will be better ways in the future to measure that.

Sounds correct, IMO rather the upper range of your guess when considering individuals at 85-90 IQ are complete retards.

Yeah IG that is another good alternative to "that" form of eugenics.

the Nazis gave eugenics a bad wrap

My sisters friend told me that’s its immoral to snort kids with autism

But if you want to abort a kid because you want to party more and be slut that’s ok:feelskek:

I never got why people make such a big deal about abortion, IMO until a certain stage of the pregnancy abortion isn't immoral, if it is immoral in the first place.

Quality of the kids matters much more, quality will always beat quantity and this concept can be seen literally everywhere.

For example even on the forum, more posts and reps will never outbeat "quality", be it status (influencer) or any other positive attribute.

Or even with countries: Any western european country will always beat India in terms of that quantity/quality ratio.

It’s a pretty good measurement of intelligence for lower scores

I think the r^2 between iq and income is something like .15 which is massive considering all the factors which can effect income

It’s not perfect tho

Once you get to the high end of iq the predictive power of iq drops by alot

Termans longitudinal study shows that the drop off occurs at about 120

Which isn’t even that high, this makes sense tho because someone like Terrance Tao who I believe has an iq of 200 still won’t be able to make as big contributions to mathematics as say George Cantor

Because past a certain iq limit there’s a sort of creative aspect that you need to be a genius

These men we here about like Maxwell, Newton or Riemann weren’t just “high iq”.

They literally thought about things differently.

I would say that the dose-responsive relationship of IQ and income is debatable. Income itself isn't something that will in all cases predict intelligence accurately.

Also that is another point contra-IQ, it can only predict in a limited range.

Thinking differently is a great feature that many aren't blessed with.

Like I said measuring "brain power" which includes multiple complex parameters is pretty hard, I don't think IQ does any justice measuring the intelligence accurately.

Definitely it doesn’t even predict half the variance in income

But there is a weak correlation between iq and income.

Yea you can say definitely that a 70 iq person is less intelligent than a 100 iq person but to say a 130 iq person is less intelligent than someone with 160 iq is considerably more suspect

I even have a real world example, take Richard Feynman one of the most influential physicists of this century and his iq was…

125

don't think IQ does any justice measuring the intelligence accurately.
I think of iq as being correlated with intelligence but not really being intelligence itself

The reason why iq fails at high ends is because it doesn’t really measure intellect

It just so happens that people who perform well on iq tests also tend to be smarter atleast on lower ends

It’s not a “real” link in the same way that mathematical ability corresponds to doing well on a math test

If you understand what i mean.

Great explanation, well I have nothing to add so I'll leave this here.

Why do you always include such big spaces between paragraphs? If you noticed it, I prefer to keep my messages compact. :ogre:

Agreed

And it’s morally acceptable too

Tho some people argue that it’s world for a woman to abort a aspie baby for example for being aspie

But if the fetus isn’t human who gives a fuck? Then the woman should be able to abort the kid for whatever reason she wants

Yeah, the argument is flawed, really. At the end of the day, it’s an unfavourable outcome to be aspie. No one is happy they’re aspie. The idea of having Einstein come out your pussy because it’s autistic is a bit of a glamorised stretch nowadays.

People dislike eugenics disingenuously. In reality, they all know that they’d much prefer humanity to not be ridden with deformed manlets. It’s exactly why they promote “kill short men” they are essentially advocating for eugenics under a more feminist rhetoric.

I guess it does beg the question, why does it matter at all why she does it, whether it’s for leisure, pleasure, or genetic engineering?

Indeed. The Germans really did mess up that whole sort of authoritarian (?) nationalism, or even a moderate form of nationalism so to say. It’s immediately associated with the Nazis. It did a lot of damage to their ideals, and even similar views of those after.

I really do believe the eugenics if done right could have been one of the best things for humanity

But now I don’t really see that it’s worth trying to implement considering how rapidly gene editing is advancing.

Still CRISPR-leaning? I was more selective breeding as you know but gene editing is super promising and it would do things much quicker. The worries of the wrong hands is always a horrifying problem, however. It’s the main issue.

I do agree that eugenics now simply couldn’t work. It would take far too long, plus the masses would be vehement in their opposition to it.

Truly remarkable. I am looking forward to see how it goes. The problem with these sort of advanced technologies is that they’re so easy to be abused. They get more useful, yet more dangerous each innovation.
