Seems like it from my experience. They are all nice and polite to me. They have to be like the top 3 nicest people in the world. Blacks have to act like an absolute chimp for Japanese people to hate them.

Interesting. I think the Japanese may pride themselves on their politeness in immediate circumstances. Many may harbor prejudices like natives of any country, but they at least maintain a level of decency, which is going a long way.

I'm glad I didn't see a lot of blacks there. When I saw a group of shaniquas who looked like they would bully me in middle school for liking Japanese culture were shopping around I couldn't help but feel an immense amount of rage.

They had some temples and shrines that were open for everyone to see which was cool. But yeah I heard tourists were banned from the Geisha district for crazy behaviour and other spots as well.
Yeah, there's a lot of good places in Japan. I personally travel all over and I enjoy collecting the figures. I can't believe the cost of them, too. They're reasonably priced for what you think you'd be getting for the quality compared to getting it in America. I love my time in Japan and I hope to come back soon. I really don't think I'll enjoy Japan alone though. I'm glad I had a girlfriend waiting on me. I enjoyed the sushi train and all kinds of the food. I even tried some god-awful eel that was rotten and I puked all over the street with my girl. If I was 16 or below I would've wanted way more. But at my age now I really don't care about most things and wont ask for anything really.
If I were to go back to Japan I would just go to Tokyo and stay there. They have some mogger card game, figure, and collectible item stores. The Griffith figure I bought resells for about $500-$600 on eBay and I got it for $320 in Japan. Japan is those types of places you have to go with a significant other or a group of friends. If I were to go alone I would get bored very fast.
