Tolerance to Reta (10+mg pinned this week)

I pinned reta in May for the first time starting with 2mg and I couldn’t eat at all. Next week I did 3 despite the appetite suppression and week after I did 4mg and didn’t pin at all after. Fast forward to August I’m tryna hop on and I do 5 expecting to have the same appetite suppression this is a completely new batch I ordered from the best and reliable source there is and I’m starving like a bitch. I pinned an additional 7mg throughout this week and I’m still starving and I weigh the same as I did the first time I pinned no clue this had a tolerance. Should I start taking Cagri or twitch to Taz?

What’s the point of me taking Reta if I don’t feel it. Like at first it genuinely made me eat like a newborn I had to force feed 1k cals for the week now I pinned 12 this week and am craving junk food and walking around starving. How long have u been on Reta for and how much u pin of both Reta and Cagri
