that's an option but even then testosterone is known for shortening lifespan. u may feel good in the short term due to all the reproductive success traits but it comes at the expense of other things. everything in life is about balance truly

caloric restriction improves lifespan though . It shouldn't affect him unless he goes on starvation diet, eating below his TDEE and above his BMR is beneficial for longevity and health in general.
