Watched the full video. Cruise obviously got camouflage orthodontics because he still has a very asymmetrical, narrow upper jaw and a deviated septum. Jaw got wider most probably because masseter hypertrophy (and him having outward gonions to being with), but could have been implants also.

Paul Coceancig makes a super interesting point about Cruise's age and how long ago he got camouflage orthodontics. 40 years ago there was no such a thing as virtual planing for surgeries and things are far more predicable today. If Cruise was born 40 years later, he would have probably SARME + Bimax + implants or Side Wing instead of camouflage orthodontics.
