Long Philtrum only appears shorter after Bimax, more so with rotation as the lips are now filling in the previously recessed area which was more pronounced and visible with the set back of the upper jaw.

High cut Lefort 1 in a way, simulates increased undereye support, so if you can go for that and the surgeon thinks it is a good fit, I would do it.

Chin projection should be relatively obvious; genioplasty.

Jaw angle likely cannot be changed but rotation does seem to influence it a bit from the front. All the above depends entirely on your profile though.
