yes definitely but ultimately the youth training proved rightThe fact that a Youtuber got so close to beat a "pro boxer" just proves to me athletes in niche sports are mostly only where they are because most kids/adults never attempted their specific sport, so the level of competition was always relatively low.
combat sports are a meme, niggas start training in their 20s and become champions jfl that exists in no other sportThe fact that a Youtuber got so close to beat a "pro boxer" just proves to me athletes in niche sports are mostly only where they are because most kids/adults never attempted their specific sport, so the level of competition was always relatively low.
It's rigged to be entertainingThe fact that a Youtuber got so close to beat a "pro boxer" just proves to me athletes in niche sports are mostly only where they are because most kids/adults never attempted their specific sport, so the level of competition was always relatively low.
that only happens in heavyweight divisionscombat sports are a meme, niggas start training in their 20s and become champions jfl that exists in no other sport
You realize the "pro boxer" is a reality show star whose all fights except for the last one were against guys who had like 5 wins 85 losses when put together? The fact that a Youtuber got so close to beat a "pro boxer" just proves to me athletes in niche sports are mostly only where they are because most kids/adults never attempted their specific sport, so the level of competition was always relatively low.
tommy fury is not a top boxerThe fact that a Youtuber got so close to beat a "pro boxer" just proves to me athletes in niche sports are mostly only where they are because most kids/adults never attempted their specific sport, so the level of competition was always relatively low.
yes definitely jake was relying too much on hip movements for dodging and tommy didn't stop and went right for it.Jake is a trash fighter, overcommits on head movement and relies heavily on his rear overhand. His overhand whiffing into head movement made me cringe lol.
Tommy had crispier head movement but he should have made better reads in round 1-3 and should have exchanged some uppercuts while Jake was spamming body jabs.
And box is not a niche sport.
I think if Tommy was more aggressive in the first three rounds he would have definetly score a KO or TKO in the later rounds. I would have loved to see Jake get KOedyes definitely jake was relying too much on hip movements for dodging and tommy didn't stop and went right for it.
john fury will finally be proud of tommy and not see him as a betafag on reality tv anymore for sure

Jake defended himself well tho
He got shy after hugging him so many timesWith his face judging by the redness
He had his guard up well but damn that nigga was going into clinch so frequently. With his face judging by the redness

also JFL at that absolute UK slag on the right. High PSL, status, decent height insane frame with fighter halo and that's what it gets you
I've known several kids who did boxing in a non boxing nation yet I knew nobody growing up who did hockey which is the national sport here lol. In Ireland England Russia Ukraine USA Mexico boxing is absolutely huge.In terms of kids/adults who attempt it during their lives, it absolutely is.
that bitch is ugly af hahahhahaI'm surprised he's not talked about more on here

Tommy isn't a proper boxer. There are amateur 16 year olds at my gym that would knock him outThe fact that a Youtuber got so close to beat a "pro boxer" just proves to me athletes in niche sports are mostly only where they are because most kids/adults never attempted their specific sport, so the level of competition was always relatively low.
