Taking a day off everything today so I'll feel it more

My plan to not OD:
Max 5 pills
Max 25 grams kratom
Max 3 beers or shots

It's pretty hard but I need to push through. The withdrawals haven't started yet but it's gonna be rough. My tolerance is too high I don't even get high anymore, unless I mix with alcohol. That's why I decided to start taking a day off every week. Maybe long-term I'll be able to get it down to 5 days a week. As of now I've taken it every single day for two months or more. It's almost inevitable to become addicted when you have nothing else in life. I just wished the world didn't suck so bad. But I guess that's impossible so I wished the world would end. It can't be fixed so we need to end it like a cancer.
