Lower your volume if you can’t recover properly the day after if you’ve been lifting for a while. If you’re a beginner then you’ll probably still be fucked anyways but it’ll go away after a few months
A bit of DOMS is good but you should not be impaired. You don’t need particularly high volume for maximal hypertrophy

what did u do for leg day, no reason for it to be this brutal. Prob lower the volume

I'm a GK so I train plyometrics. I was excited tho so I overtrained

I imagine recoverability is particularly important for athletes though don’t overdo it

GK shit like jumping on big boxes with weights
are you training for anything particular, or are you trying to get bigger legs, because from a hypertrophy standpoint that shit is completely retarded, but if you're training for some sport it makes sense.
