Did a glute workout today and ate, now I'm ready to do a 6 day fast! Last long fast was 5 days so it makes sense to increase it by 1 day.

@howtallareyou don't quit if you read this bro you can do it! You should do 2 days/36-48 hours because you're new to fasting.

I start Wednesday 00:00 CEST/UTC+2 (12 hours from now) and lasts for 144 hours! 🤯

I'm 4 hours into it now, only 140 hours to go! 🤯

I'm actually broke this time so there's no way to quit it before the 6 day mark.

Will post daily waist and weight stats from next time I wake up!
