Tongue damage from mewing

I was mewing for 2 hour straight the earlier today. Once I released the seal I felt two triangle shaped flaps made of the tongue material, appear, under my tongue on the floor of my mouth. I also found i had 2 dents, almost like gashes, at the side of my tongue. Is this normal?

holy bro ask your dentist or some but will prolly go away your tongue heals pretty well normally.
