Tongue tie has fucked my entire life

i don’t know how i just made the connection tbh, i read about them before but never thought they were a big deal and they were normal.

17 years of speech impediments, stuttering, messy eating, poor sleep, horse face, gummy smile, lip incomp, and generally fucksd up face i think can be attributed to this. when i was younger people would often say me and my (now mogger) little brother looked alike. that hasn’t been said in years as we developed. he into a forward grown chadlight and me a horse faced cuck. i can only chalk it up to him having no tongue tie.

i literally just wanna cry then kill myself. im so fucking tired. i don’t think it’s recoverable. for the past few months ive been feeling really up after my parents agreed to save for a bimax but this discovery has really brought me down. dude it’s literally considered a fuckign birth defect. why wasn’t it cut i could be mogging right now with my little brother and not be the lame ass older sibling he learned to no longer respect at all. i’m so tired man

How bad is your tongue tie, can i have pics? I have something along the level of tier 3, but i look decent enough at 16. Is it over for me as i grow older

I mean, it depends on the severity of the tongue tie. I have a speech impediment, but I've heavily remedied it by talking as much as possible and rapping/singing. Practicing your voice helps you fluidly stay on pitch, works wonders. As far as my face? My face is very narrow but defined, so I don't complain much, but on the other hand, my brother doesn't have a tougue tie and he has a 1:1 midface whilst I have like a 0.91, but somehow I'm more forward grown than him.
