Tongue tie

So i recently had a scalpel tongue tie surgery cause it was really bad. Sadly i got fibrosis and had to cut it again with electro scalpel. This was 2 weeks ago. I went to the ortho today cause i cant fucking put my tongue in the "n" or "t" spot without closing mouth even though i can pronunce letter r better now. He told me to wait 1 more week to see if i need another cut, which would be something small. Tbh I have adhd and this shit is driving me crazy so i wanted to know if this shi is affecting my craneofacial development. (Im 15)
