Something about Mahfud always felt off tbh.
It's that classic "uncanny valley" that comes with bone augmentation surgeries. His skull looks tall (he was probably downward grown before surgeries) yet wide (due to whatever surgeries he performed) at once.

Salludon had a well-formed skull even before his surgeries mewing transformation, and it still looks decent in terms of proportions.

This is autistic analysis though, I think Mahfud would edge above Salludon on dating apps.

Lower third looks slightly taller but that could be attributed to the angle the first pic is taken in (still, could be some fillers/subtle implants)

Cheekbones on the other hand look very different; not even leanness can achieve that. Large, round cheekbones are very easy to tell, even on obese people. Sus of that more
