i just got my tonsil removed and conchoplasty and they offered me septoplasty when im older but will conchoplasty and tonsil removeal improve my breathing cuz i wasnt nose breathing 24/7 my whole lofe and i still mouth breath at night will it improve my overall breathing and will i breath by nose at night?
