tonsil stones

i sometimes get these fucking grim tonsil stones that get lodged into my tonsils. my dentist says that the openings are wider, and therefore food and debris can get in there easier. i remove them by hand, i chew slowly, i use an expensive water flosser. it doesn't fucking do anything. ive spend more money on chewing gum than hydrocort

can someone give me advice

as i said, mouth cleanliness is a minor cause unless you are deeply unhygenic which i know you aren't
