Tonsils/back of mouth hurting. I feel a cold coming

Always the first sign for me. Brootal. Gonna wake up tomorrow with a fat cold I reckon, and then have to get up early and work a 12 hour shift the next day

I used to never get ill, now I get ill almost every month
