Too Big?

I was having a conversation with a female --> FRIEND <--- of mine the other day and we eventually moved to how my mum found needles in my room :! And how I've changed quite a bit physically, she also said I look a bit "too big" and i look "like I'm on steroids" which is true but I'm unsure if this is genuine or a response to me talking about how my health has been impacted.
What do you guys think am I too big?

Idk really maybe ig has rotted my perception but lmk

You look good, maybe it’s because you’re a little bulky/bloated and have a wide waist so it’s gives that illusion.
